Job summary

Qualifications

• ACEND-accredited dietetics education completed or in progress.
• Registered Dietitian credential obtained or within 90 days of hire.
• Texas licensure or eligibility within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments using appropriate standards and cultural considerations.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition interventions with education for patients and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; document in medical records.
• Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services and care teams for patient care and quality audits.
