Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian I to provide nutrition therapy and education to patients and families at Baylor Grapevine Medical Center in Grapevine, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• RD credential preferred or Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs nutritional assessment of patients and develops nutrition care plans.
• Provides individual and group nutrition counseling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Develops and delivers education programs for patients, families, staff, and interns.
• Contributes to research, grant projects, and publications related to nutrition topics.
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds, discharge planning, and quality improvement activities.
• Keeps current knowledge of nutrition services through literature, workshops, and professional involvement.
