Texas Children's Hospital West Campus is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to assess the nutritional needs of pediatric patients, develop and implement nutrition care plans, and communicate recommendations in a developmentally appropriate manner. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), RD from CDR, and Texas LD license; pediatric nutrition experience is a plus.
You will work with the care team to optimize patient outcomes and document care in the medical record.
We are searching for a Clinical Dietitian who works well in a fast‑paced setting. In this position, you will assess the nutritional needs of patients, develop and implement nutritional care plans, and communicate information to those in need in a manner that is developmentally appropriate for the ages of the patients served.
Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus is Houston’s first community hospital designed, built and equipped exclusively for children in one of the city’s most rapidly growing communities. Located at I‑10 and Barker Cypress, our 515,007‑square‑foot hospital houses the only 24/7 pediatric emergency room in the Greater West Houston area, four operating rooms, a 16‑bed pediatric intensive care unit, 46 acute care beds, advanced imaging services including MRI and CT scans, a neurophysiology sleep lab, a pathology lab and a full‑scale pharmacy.
