Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (FT, PT, or PRN hours) to join our Nutrition Team at an acute care medical center in Natchez, MS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention for patients
• Follow all guidelines within the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, including confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights
• Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board where required
• One year of hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software
