Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic nutritional assessments for all age groups.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) helpful.
• Varied experience in dietetics is preferred.
• Experience with computer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nutritional care for high-risk patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing, and Nutrition Services to create diet plans and policies.
• Consider labs, medications, GI status, allergies, and patient preferences in nutrition plans.
• Supervise dietary students and contribute to interdisciplinary care.
