Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy across multiple locations throughout Texas. You’ll work with a collaborative team in acute care, LTAC, outpatient, and pediatric settings, delivering evidence-based nutrition care to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

RD and TX licensure required.

Responsibilities

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care settings and education to patients and families.
Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
Apply evidence-based nutrition care in line with the diet manual and facility policies.
Support QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
Collaborate with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
Mentor dietetic interns and staff through education and training as applicable.
