Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care settings across nationwide openings. You will assess patients and develop individualized nutrition plans in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or eligible to obtain) in the state of practice
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and health.
Education: Guide patients, families, staff, and community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives for improved patient care
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of dietetic staff and interns
