Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Registered Dietitian in Buckeye Lake, OH to join a patient-centered care team. You will provide nutrition counseling, assessments, education, and care planning for a diverse population with a strong emphasis on safety and HIPAA compliance.

The position is full-time (0.8 FTE) with a starting wage of $29 per hour and potential to grow with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to support your professional development.

Competenze

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Ohio.
• Prior clinical nutrition experience required.
• Experience teaching and counseling nutrition therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Provide nutrition counseling and care plans for a diverse patient population.
• Assess nutritional needs and develop nutrition care plans.
• Screen for nutritional risk and provide diet and drug interaction guidance.
• Attend care conferences and document nutritional needs promptly.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and participate in mandatory in-service meetings.
