Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Humble, TX is seeking a Registered Clinical Dietitian to plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.

The role includes visiting patients, counseling them on nutritional needs, and participating in education programs. The department supports QA/QI initiatives and ongoing professional growth through PAM Health's Education Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred. Rehabilitation experiences a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Routinely visit patients and counsel them with nutritional needs.
• Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assist with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
