Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage the nutritional care of infant to geriatric patients. You will assess nutritional status, formulate and monitor care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals, a valid CA driver's license, and RD registration; CCS panel provider is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekend and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals is required.
• Valid CA driver's license is required; auto insurance is required for Home Care position.
• Registered Dietitian registration is required; CCS panel provider is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients for nutritional assessment and creates goal directed nutritional plan of care.
• Coordinates plan of care with other members providing care to patient.
• Provides education appropriate to patient nutritional needs.
• Maintains safe, clean working environment and adheres to infection control requirements.
• Collaborates with other professionals to integrate and deliver care.
