Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Clinical Dietitian to lead nutritional care at the Selinsgrove Center. You will perform assessments, develop personalized nutrition plans, and guide the healthcare team toward healthier daily living.

Full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with no telework option. You will coordinate menus, document care, and participate in ISP meetings to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Ability to perform nutritional assessments and provide care recommendations.
• Experience with diet records, nutrition software, and therapeutic menus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessment for new admissions and annual evaluations.
• Provide nutrition guidance and make recommendations to physicians.
• Maintain diet records and document actions in charts and systems.
• Use software to manage diet consistency, menu changes, and therapeutic needs.
• Coordinate snack, nourishment, and schedule updates for living areas.
• Support staff with training on therapeutic diet preparation and participate in ISP meetings.
