Job summary

TouchPoint at Henry Ford, Providence in Southfield, MI is seeking an HRLY Dietitian to provide coverage in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves Medical Nutrition Therapy, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires RDN credential or eligibility with the CDR; new grads are welcome. Schedule is typically M-F with some weekends/holidays as needed, and compensation ranges from $29 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the food service team to support patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based practice in line with the diet manual and facility protocols.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff as applicable.
