Responsible for screening, assessing, prioritizing, and providing nutrition care plans for patients and families, which may be specific to a disease entity but also encompass the entire continuum of care – hospital, clinic, and community.
This is primarily an ambulatory position at the Milwaukee campus, with some travel to regional sites in Southeastern Wisconsin. The work schedule is four days per week, roughly 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekend or holiday coverage.
