University Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide specialized nutrition care for
patients, particularly those with diabetes and other nutrition-related conditions. In this role,
you will collaborate closely with the diabetes healthcare team, community partners, and
patients to develop and implement effective nutrition care plans aimed at improving health
outcomes and preventing long-term complications.

Required:
o Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
o Registered Dietitian (RD).
o License from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Dietitians.
o ServSafe Certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
Preferred:
o One to two years of experience as a clinical dietitian in a hospital or outpatient setting.
o Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).
