Job summary

Roxborough Memorial Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients in a community hospital setting.

You will assess nutritional status, develop and coordinate care plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to formulary decisions to support optimal patient outcomes. Daytime shifts and hospital-based support are provided.

Qualifications

• CMS requirement for Registered Dietitian.
• One year healthcare experience desirable.
• Part-time role with daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides appropriate patient nutritional care and assesses nutritional status.
• Formulates and coordinates care plans, implements them, and evaluates their impact.
• Provides nutrition education to patients and families.
• Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in formulary development for the patient population.

Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).
• One year healthcare experience desirable.
