As a Clinical Dietitian, you will coordinate, inspect, and evaluate the therapeutic diet program at Pennsylvania Soldiers' and Sailors' Home. You will complete initial, annual, and significant change nutritional assessments for residents as well as document formal care plans for each resident at admission and quarterly. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and resident care plan meetings to communicate findings and recommend improvements to resident nutritional care. This role requires effective communication to provide instruction about diet restrictions and needs to residents, staff, and food service workers. In addition, you will monitor meal service in dining areas for quality standards, prepare monthly weight reports, conduct training for dietary and allied health care personnel, and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
