Reports To: Clinical Nutrition Manager/Lead RD

Must be local or willing to relocate for this position with a company-sponsored package.

Job Details: Doctor's Hospital Modesto is a 480-bed acute care hospital with 5 ICUs. RDs have the opportunity to experience many patient populations. The RD will work Monday to Friday with a weekend rotation. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available if not local. The RD must be on-site; this position is not remote.

Salary: $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience.

Other Compensation: meal plan, phone stipend, CEUs, CDR dues paid, tuition and education reimbursement.

Job Summary: Seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian in Modesto, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention.
• Follow all guidelines in the Company Diet Manual and Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Comply with regulatory standards, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights.
• Train and mentor staff and interns.
• Participate in satisfaction programs, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR).
• State licensure where required.
• Preferred: 1 year hospital experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR, diet systems, and nutrient analysis software.
