Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian at South Georgia Health System in Brunswick, GA. RD eligible and experienced dietitians are encouraged to apply.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend coverage per month and flexible hours, with a focus on patient education, care planning, and collaboration with medical teams to optimize nutrition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible.
• Georgia licensure as a Dietitian within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition, healthy eating, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition care protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.

About the Hospital: South Georgia Health System - Brunswick Campus is located in Georgia's Golden Isles, mid-way between Jacksonville, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. It is anchored by a 300-bed hospital with specialties including orthopedics, cancer care center, senior care center and robotic surgery. The Health System serves as the regional medical center for residents of five counties in Southeast Georgia.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred
• Licensed Dietitian status in Georgia or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.
