Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Specialist, Clinical Development for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) unit. The role focuses on expert clinical engagement, procedural innovation, and cross-functional collaboration with physicians, R&D, and commercial teams.

On-site in Irvine, CA, with up to 50% travel nationwide; you will develop techniques, support complex procedures, and translate insights into device improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field, with 4 years experience including either industry or industry/education
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field, with 3 years experience including either industry or industry/education

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME supporting advancement of transcatheter therapies through hands-on clinical engagement
• Provide on-site real-time guidance during implants
• Document procedural case observations and support enrollment discussions
• Develop education materials on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques
• Coordinate clinical imaging training for cross-functional teams
• Create design control and trial-related documentation and support all complaint and investigational analyses
