• Must be a physician (MD or equivalent) with meaningful industry clinical development experience.
• Phase 2 development experience—designing, executing and interpreting studies.
• Strong clinical development fundamentals with genuine scientific curiosity.
• Comfortable in a lean biotech environment, cross-functional with Clinical Ops, Regulatory and Safety.
• Sound judgement and the ability to decide with imperfect information.
