Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in clinical development.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic principles and clinical research methods.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results for decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external partners.
• Experience with clinical endpoints, translational science and imaging modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to design and execute a clinical study and contribute to global development plans.
• Oversee study teams, design protocols, and prepare regulatory and communication materials.
• Supervise and mentor clinical development scientists and fellows as needed.
• Plan and execute Investigator meetings and on-site initiation activities.
• Direct execution of clinical trials and monitoring of safety/efficacy data for trends.
• Coordinate site selection, training, start-up, data monitoring, and translational science activities.
