Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead patient-centered care in the Clinical Decision Unit. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to nursing policies and best practices.

The CNC will partner with management to monitor quality, support staff development, and optimize patient flow, admissions, discharges, and outcomes. ADN required; BSN preferred; NC RN licensure with BLS required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year RN experience.
• Current licensure as RN with NC Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.

• Required LicenseMust have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
