This role is key to ensuring successful delivery against the program- and study-level accountabilities assigned to Data and Statistical Sciences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical technology experience (EDC, IRT, ePRO) or 5+ years in a similar role.
• Understanding of the clinical trial process.
• Knowledge of CDASH and SDTM.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver new clinical systems and integrations; manage timelines.
• Ensure study protocols are reflected in system designs and data standards.
• Optimize system functionality, user experience, and data flow.
• Maintain TA- and program-level consistency.
• Collaborate with DSS and cross-functional teams; align with dependencies.
• Follow GCPs, regulatory requirements, AbbVie SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor Data Science Associates.
• Participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
