Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to execute medical record retrieval for risk adjustment and payment integrity. The role follows a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET Monday–Friday schedule, with an additional 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET Wed–Sun shift as needed.

You will access EHR systems, ensure data quality, and support stakeholder teams with necessary metadata. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year healthcare admin or eligibility experience, and solid knowledge of Texas Medicaid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years healthcare administration or eligibility verification experience.
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid eligibility rules and portals.
• Ability to handle PHI with HIPAA-compliant discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily queue of chart requests via EHR systems.
• Retrieve required clinical information with high quality metadata.
• Assist with EHR access requests and disenrollments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professionalism.
