Job summary

H1 is seeking a Group Product Manager, Clinical to own a product area within our clinical data suite. You will lead a small PM team and partner with clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial leaders to shape what we build and why.

You will translate clinical workflows into actionable requirements, drive multi-quarter roadmaps, measure engagement and data quality, and represent the product in executive reviews and client conversations.

Qualifications

• Clinical credential or equivalent depth: MD, PharmD, NP, PA, RN, MPH, or 5+ years in clinical health IT or real-world evidence.
• Experience leading PMs and roadmaps in data-intensive or analytics products in healthcare or life sciences.
• Fluency with clinical data standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, RxNorm) and impact on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the clinical data product area.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs (2-4) including growth and performance.
• Translate clinical workflows into structured, actionable product requirements for eng/design.
