• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Information Science, Health Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare data management.
• Experience with healthcare data in a structured environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and large data sets.
• Attention to detail and data quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage clinical product data, including drug lists, classifications, and attributes.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve clinical data discrepancies across systems and workflows.
• Monitor external data sources and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support platform enhancements and new initiatives.
• Translate data requirements into actionable business and technical specifications.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation for features involving clinical data.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and efficiency in data processes.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams to support needs.
• Contribute to clinical data standards, governance, and documentation.
• Support strategic initiatives for Clinical Product Strategy and platform growth.
