As a Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of clinical data transfers and corrections within the platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a combination of leadership, data strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize data workflows across clinical projects. You will lead a team of data scientists and management professionals while ensuring data integrity and quality assurance throughout the clinical trial process. Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data management professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve high performance.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical data transfers between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Oversee the execution of clinical data corrections within the platform and advise on best practices.
• Design and review reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless data workflows and execution of clinical projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in clinical data management processes.

• At least 6 years of experience in clinical data management or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in R for data analysis and visualization, along with advanced SQL knowledge for database management.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decision-making.
• Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems is preferred, as is knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FDA or EMA.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a master’s degree and certification in clinical data management are preferred.
