Job summary

RTI International is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to oversee data collection, management, and processing for multi-site research networks. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage research data and systems using off‑the‑shelf and in‑house software while supporting federally funded trials under guidance from senior informatics staff.

The role involves coordinating with clinical sites, ensuring data quality, and contributing to SOP development and data workflows.

Qualifications

Experience using electronic data capture systems or other commercial software tools.
Ability to learn and apply new software quickly as projects require.
Strong IT skills with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sites to support data capture and cleaning and troubleshoot data issues.
Define validations or reports to ensure quality and timeliness of data collection.
Monitor study metrics and site performance using standard tools.
Develop data/workflow plans and training materials; contribute to SOPs.
Develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing of EDC systems.
Design CRFs and eCRFs for data acquisition and entry.
