Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to develop data specifications during new product launches. You will work cross-functionally to create data insights for manufacturing partners and RxARECARE teams, bridging internal data work with external dashboards and portals.

Hybrid work in Pittsburgh, with travel as needed. Requires pharmacy degree and data management experience; an emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in data management or clinical informatics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration discussions with manufacturer partners and hubs.
• Define program data specs and timelines for launch.
• Coordinate with clinical team to optimize data points in the patient journey.
• Support dashboard and portal development for RxARECARE programs.
• Prepare status reports and program dashboards for stakeholders.
