The University of Florida in Gainesville is seeking a Data Management Analyst II to support data management, quality control, and analytics across the clinical trial portfolio. The role will manage data collection instruments and reporting infrastructure spanning core systems such as OnCore, IRB records, and REDCap, ensuring accurate data for institutional reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities include developing standardized reports and dashboards to help CRH leadership evaluate trial

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience with clinical trial systems (OnCore) and/or REDCap.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects data requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience developing recurring operational reports for leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages data collection instruments and reporting for CRH data systems.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports for trial activation, staffing, and metrics.
• Collaborates with IT and platform staff on data infrastructure improvements.
• Provides data provenance and reporting guidance to CRH and College leadership.
