Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. is seeking a Client Data Management Specialist to generate and deliver clinical trial data for BioPharma partners using MRD assays.

You will collaborate with the CDM team and internal stakeholders to establish DTAs, ensure data quality, and meet deadlines while updating study documentation and data delivery methods. You will also design and maintain software scripts to process study data, support data workflows, and help manage orders, data analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

• Required education includes a Bachelor’s degree plus experience or a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or R and data analysis is expected.
• Experience with Excel, Bash, and Git is beneficial for CDM tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver study data files per study specs to meet timelines.
• Generate, review and deliver data with cross-functional partners and DTAs.
• Develop and maintain scripts to process study data and deliverables.
• Assist in data workflows, analytics, and reporting for sponsors.
