Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Client Data Management Specialist to generate and deliver clinical trial data for BioPharma customers. The role collaborates with BD, AMs, CMs, APMs, and data teams to ensure high-quality data and timely delivery, while supporting DTA management, client communication, and script development.

The position requires strong attention to detail, communication, and knowledge of molecular biology or high-throughput data analysis, with an emphasis on data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience or Master's with related experience.
• Proficiency in data management, scripting and data workflows.
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (Java, Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Collects study data and generates study files per study specifications for timely delivery.
• Troubleshoots data issues with cross-functional partners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Reviews customer data queries and performs data cleanup for reconciliation.
• Maintains DTAs and participates in negotiations under supervision.
• Attends customer meetings and documents notes for future reference.
• Under supervision, develops and validates scripts to process deliverables and data analyses.
