Job summary

Qualifications

• Admission and insurance experience, phlebotomy certification or one year phlebotomy experience.
• Clear English communication in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician orders for diagnostic tests such as lab work and EKGs.
• Registers patients accurately to ensure data integrity and claims processing.
• Provides safe, cost-effective patient care to support outcomes.
• Applies financial screening guidelines to collect upfront payments.
• Aims to expedite patient flow with courteous service.
• Participates in performance improvement to ensure quality guidelines are met.
• Maintains a safe, functional environment for patients and staff.
• Performs other duties, including health screenings as assigned.
• Completes assigned goals.
