Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required for all levels.
• One year clinical research or related experience for intermediate level.
• Two years clinical research or related experience for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Efficient abstraction of pathology, treatment, and other data from medical records with accuracy.
• Identify problems affecting abstraction process and propose improvements.
• Review data quality dashboards and correct discrepancies.
• Support automated abstraction activities with the team.
• Develop data definitions and procedures for abstraction, including AI approaches.
