Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Technical - Business/Systems Analyst to join our data team. The role focuses on building and maintaining data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics tools to support departmental needs and strategic decisions.

The candidate should hold a Master or Bachelor in Computer Science, Informatics, Analytics, or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience; or 4 years in data analytics or related fields. Strong SQL, Python, ETL/ELT skills are required.

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Analytics, or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience; or 4 years of experience in data analytics, software programming, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data infrastructure and analytical tools to support departmental needs.
Assemble raw and disjointed data sets and transform them into efficient data models for tracking and reporting.
Design and implement data pipelines and automated processes for optimal ETL from multiple sources.
Provide analytics to drive operations and decision-making across domains such as revenue and expense management.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and support their needs.
Prepare ad-hoc and recurring reporting and dashboards for senior management.
Establish data validation rules to ensure completeness and integrity.
Document data operations and curated datasets for operational resiliency.
