Job summary

Incyte Corporation in the United States seeks a Data Analytics Manager (Clinical) to own data product delivery for Clinical Development Operations and PMO. You will lead a mostly offshore team of 10-20 data engineers/analysts and work with MS Fabric + Power BI to build data pipelines, data lakehouses, and reporting.

The role requires hands-on analytics leadership, excellent communication, and experience steering complex projects across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Architect level experience for designing and governing enterprise-scale lakehouses.
• Experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets.
• Experience managing distributed global teams across time zones.
• Experience with CI/CD and code management in Azure DevOps / GitHub.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own data product delivery in a GxP-regulated environment using Microsoft Fabric / Power BI.
• Engage stakeholders through requirements, delivery, and testing; manage scope, cost, timeline, changes.
• Design technical solutions aligned with IT standards and processes.
• Lead technical project delivery teams of data/BI engineers; assign work; track progress; ensure quality; support SLAs.
• Define data strategy with clinical stakeholders including architecture, governance, and KPIs.
