Job summary
The University of Toledo is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst, Quality to oversee core measures and lead performance improvement efforts. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop strategies for high-quality care and communicate findings across disciplines.
The role requires RN licensure in Ohio, a nursing or health-related bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and experience in clinical quality improvement, data extraction, and program management.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current Ohio licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or health-related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience, inpatient med-surg.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets; project management software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Joint Commission core measures and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategies engaging staff, physicians and administration for high-quality care.
- Extract and analyze data; monitor compliance and display results for cross-disciplinary communication.
- Support departments with action plan implementation and evaluation of quality initiatives.
