Job description

We're partnering with a growing biotechnology company looking to add a Clinical Data Analyst to its Clinical Operations team.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical data management, analytics, and clinical operations, supporting ongoing clinical trials from study setup through execution and reporting. You'll work directly with clinical datasets, translating protocol requirements into meaningful dashboards, data models, listings, and analytical outputs used for study monitoring and decision-making.

What you'll be doing:
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for clinical study monitoring, safety review, and operational insights
  • Develop DAX logic, data models, and reporting structures
  • Work directly with CRF/EDC-level clinical data
  • Translate clinical trial protocols into data requirements and downstream datasets
  • Support interim data reviews, medical review, safety monitoring, and clinical data quality activities
  • Create dashboards, listings, summaries, and structured trial outputs
  • Use R for statistical analysis and reporting when required
  • Support clinical data pipelines, integration, governance, and quality control throughout the study lifecycle
What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical data, data management, or data analytics within biotech, pharma, or a CRO
  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX and data modeling
  • Experience working with clinical trial datasets, ideally CRF/eCRF and EDC data
  • Understanding of the clinical trial data flow from protocol CRF datasets reporting
  • Experience transforming raw or semi-structured data into usable analytical outputs
  • Working knowledge of R
  • Understanding of statistical methods and clinical data trends
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Dataverse is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently across clinical, technical, and data-focused teams

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the clinical data itself rather than working purely within traditional BI or reporting.
