You will work with structured and unstructured data from clinical systems and EHR platforms, validating data quality and developing analytics for healthcare SaaS platforms and patient-facing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Stats, Healthcare Informatics, CS, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis or clinical analytics environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and reporting systems.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Data Analyst to transform healthcare and clinical data into insights that drive better decisions across healthcare systems and digital health platforms.

In this role, you will work with structured and unstructured healthcare data from clinical systems, EHR platforms, and healthcare SaaS products. You will help improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytics capabilities across Med Clinic X healthcare solutions.

You will collaborate with product teams, engineers, healthcare professionals, and AI specialists to build data-driven healthcare systems used by organizations in the US healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Analysis

• Analyze clinical and healthcare datasets to identify patterns, trends, and performance insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards for clinical and operational decision-making.
• Validate and clean healthcare data from multiple sources including EHR/EMR systems.
• Monitor key healthcare performance indicators and clinical outcomes.
• Support analytics for healthcare SaaS platforms and patient-facing systems.
• Analyze user behavior and clinical workflow efficiency across healthcare applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and system performance.
• Work on reporting systems for healthcare clients and internal platforms.

Data Engineering & Collaboration

• Work with engineers to define data pipelines and analytics requirements.
• Support integration of healthcare APIs and data sources.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across healthcare datasets.

AI & Advanced Analytics Support

• Prepare datasets for AI-driven healthcare solutions and predictive models.
• Support machine learning initiatives in clinical and operational analytics.
