As a Clinical Data Abstractor, you will leverage your clinical expertise to transform complex patient medical records into valuable longitudinal data that drives our rare disease research forward. You’ll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the highest quality abstraction of patient information while developing mastery of our disease models, ontology, and proprietary systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on working with complex clinical information and is passionate about making an outsized impact in rare disease.
You are an experienced healthcare professional with a clinical background in rare genetic disorders, neurology, cardiology, or metabolic disorders who excels at high-volume, detail-oriented work. As a licensed nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or genetic counselor, you bring both clinical expertise and a focus on efficiency to data abstraction challenges. You thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and speed are equally important, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to process large volumes of clinical data that directly advances rare disease research.
