Job summary

• 5+ years of licensure and experience
• Knowledge of counseling theories and diagnostic practices
• Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills
• Experience supervising trainees and interns
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for students and employees
• Provide short-term individual and group counseling
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation
• Provide telehealth counseling when appropriate
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation
• Consult with faculty and campus partners
