CoxHealth is seeking a Counselor/Clinician to provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic support to patients and families within the Psychological Services team at Medical South in Springfield, MO. The role involves collaboration with the medical director and clinic manager to ensure high standards of care.

The position requires a Master's degree in a related counseling field and current licensure or a clear plan to obtain licensure within 120 days.

Formación

• Master's degree in counseling services is required.
• 1-2 years experience preferred with diverse patient populations.
• Current licensure as a social worker, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist or progress toward licensure within 120 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide care through therapeutic use of self and problem solving to aid patient and family.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and medical director to implement standards.
• Travel between two hospitals about 30 minutes apart as needed.
