Job summary

The CARE CENTER, INC. in Washington, PA is seeking a Part-Time Contract clinician to provide clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, maintaining case records, and ensuring compliance with ethics and regulatory requirements. Benefits include medical/dental, retirement, tuition discounts, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in specified fields or Graduate Degree with clinical credentials
• Willingness to obtain Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor credential
• Ability to obtain vital information during interviews to make recommendations
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and social service agencies
• Must not be excluded from Medicare/Medicaid or federal health care programs
• Must obtain Criminal History Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and diagnostic services to develop a comprehensive treatment plan
• Develop/implement individualized treatment plans using individual, marital, group and family modalities
• Participate in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff
• Initiate intra/inter-agency contacts to facilitate care
• Prepare and submit all case records, charts, and documentation professionally and timely
• Adhere to policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality
• Other duties as required
