Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations - Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York.

Summary

The Clinical Coordinator-Wound Care is responsible for performing assessment, discharge planning, resource utilization, program planning to meet the needs of all wound care patients. Clinical responsibilities also include but not limited to intervention per physician direction and patient education of their wound care management. Additional training and certification may be offered by the department- including necessary qualifications required for administration of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Required

• CT State RN license
• Associates Degree
• A minimum of 3 years job-related experience- Frequently caring for Wounds of various etiologies in an Acute Care or Home Care Setting.
• BLS required
• All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have childhood immunization records (MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B) prior to starting at Nuvance.
  
  

Desired

• CWC or CWCA credentials are preferable
• Documented experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine
• Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT), or Certified Hyperbaric RN (CHRN) preferred.
  
  

PER DIEM PAY: $55.00/hr.

Location: Danbury-24 Hospital Ave and New Milford

Work Type: Per Diem

Work Schedule: DAY 8.5

Work Shift: 715AM-345PM
