Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Versailles, Kentucky seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee surgical nursing tasks and support unit operations. You will coordinate staff schedules, ensure adherence to standards, and participate in ongoing education to improve patient care.

The role includes direct patient care as needed, QA/QI participation, and collaboration across shifts with potential on-call duties in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 1-2 years of surgical RN experience, including circulation, PreOp, PACU, and Infusion.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of critical care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS preferred.
