- Schedule: 2:45P-11:15P (five 8-hour shifts), full-time, 40 hours. Monday-Friday. No call other than some holiday call rotation required.

- Unit Info: 17 OR rooms, 1:1 patient-nurse ratio, range of procedures.
- Requirements: Minimum two years of OR experience and charge nurse or comparable experience.
Job Summary
A Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who acts as a role model, facilitator, mentor, and coach for clinical and support staff. They help coordinate work shift activities, assist with quality improvement, personnel utilization, performance appraisals, resource management, and standards of care maintenance. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; graduate of an accredited Nursing program; B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least one year as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN license required.
- Skills: Ability to modify care based on patient age, interpret information, and meet age-specific needs.
