Job Title: Clinical Coordinator
Memorial Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate departmental functioning under the direction of the Inpatient Director.
- Coordinate care for inpatient populations, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and acting as a resource to staff.
- Lead staff in daily activities, participate in performance reviews, coaching, and counseling.
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure quality care and service delivery, manage resources, and achieve clinical and financial goals.
- Participate in staff recruitment, mentoring, and retention efforts.
- Perform nursing duties, serve as charge nurse, and conduct rounds to ensure quality patient care and staffing safety.
- Assist in policy development, scheduling, staffing, and departmental reporting.
- Support customer service initiatives, address operational issues, and promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, lead improvement teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain current knowledge through literature review and promote evidence-based nursing practice.
- Collaborate with physicians to improve processes and patient flow.
- Respond to emergencies and serve as Administrator On Call as assigned.

- Attend mandatory education and maintain licensure and certifications.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Ohio RN registration.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
- Licensed as an RN in Ohio.
- Complete 24 contact hours of approved CE every 2 years.
- Maintain BLS certification; attain PALS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
Shift and Hours:
1st shift, 80 hours per pay period.
