Job Description Summary: The Clinical Coordinator manages the clinical and community placement activities for pre-licensure or graduate nursing programs within the School of Nursing. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining site relationships, ensuring documentation compliance, and collaborating with program-specific directors.
Reporting Line: This position reports to the Director, Pre-licensure Clinical Placement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, relationship management, proficiency in software, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative role, healthcare experience and contract management preferred.
Supervision: May supervise student employees.
Employment Details: Regular, non-exempt, part-time, hourly pay range $29.01-$37.72.
