Job summary

The Bowery Residents' Committee seeks a Clinical Coordinator to design and maintain case records, develop treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff. Qualifications

  • BA required; LMSW preferred.
  • Experience in direct services to the homeless and those with substance abuse issues.
  • CPR training certification preferred or willingness to take training.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain case records in compliance with agency standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff including case managers.
  • Develop treatment plans and new clinical programming.

Responsible for development of new clinical programming in-house and facilitate therapeutic groups. Serve as liaison between internal programs and outside providers. Supervise clinical staff including case managers. Complete all reports as requested. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.

Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Qualifications

BA required. LMSW preferred. Experience in direct services to the homeless substance abusing population. Experience in working with the clients with mental illness and substance abuse issues preferred. Basic computer literacy required CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

  • Vaccination preferred but not required.
