Saint Luke's North in Kansas City seeks a Clinical Coordinator for the OR to support the Clinical Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating daily operations. The role acts as a clinical resource, guiding staff in records, scheduling staff development, and special projects.

You will assess learning needs and implement educational activities for nursing staff, while promoting a positive professional practice environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year applicable nursing experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN with an associate degree required.

Job Description Saint Luke's North in Kansas City has an opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator in the OR.

This position assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning organizing directing and coordinating the day to day operation of the unit including all personnel related aspects of the department.

Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership independent judgement and decision making skills.

The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects.

The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department.

Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment.

Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs.

This position is Full Time Days.

Job Requirements Applicable Experience: 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree
